Beverly Townhomes and Income Property Management Co. comply with Federal Fair Housing Laws prohibiting discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, familial status, and disability in the admission or access to, or treatment or employment in its housing programs and activities. Beverly Townhomes and IPM Co. are also Fair Housing compliant regarding State, County and City definitions of protected classes.
Security Deposit Information
If you meet the rental screening criteria and your application comes back from the rental screening company as approved without conditions, then the minimum deposit equal to one month’s rent is generally required.
If you meet the rental screening criteria and your application comes back from the rental screening company as approved with conditions, the amount of security deposit can be the maximum security deposit allowed, or you may be required to have a co-signor.
